Some complications came up in the process, which delayed the registration of the vehicle by 5 months. Steve Massey, the General Manager of sales helped navigating the process and thanks to his persistence today my mother was finally able to get her official license plates. Kamran Karimi, our Sales Representative, went over and above his regular duties to bring this process to completion! His EXCEPTIONAL customer service is what kept giving me hope that everything will have a happy ending! Laura Morse, the e-Commerce Manager, made sure that my emails and questions got answered promptly. Good Experience But a Few Complaints I bought a 2016 Toyota Tundra 1794 edition. I traded in a 2016 Chevy Silverado LT. They gave me a good deal on my trade and a very good deal on the pr I bought a 2016 Toyota Tundra 1794 edition. I traded in a 2016 Chevy Silverado LT. They gave me a good deal on my trade and a very good deal on the price of the truck. I thought their finance department was very professional. I only have two (possibly three) complaints. The first is they were a bit slow. I arrived at 12:15 and left at 4:45. The second is the vehicle I purchased had a 3/4 tank of gas as opposed to a full tank. I believed that, as a courtesy, they should have filled the tank. The only other possible complaint is I was only given one key. They were going to check on the possibility of a second key. I may, or may not, receive one. That would be a complaint. Other than that, I think I was treated very fairly. More
