I began dealing with them in 2011 buying my first financed vehicle, I made a HUGE mistake taking my daughter the next year to Fowler Toyota in Tulsa. They took ridiculous advantage of us (my own fault for trusting the deal we made) I did not read the contract after we were all done, we paid 4000.00 more than we agreed there due to my co signing for my daughter and not reading the contract), I traded in my vehicle the next year, again at Jim Norton. Yesterday they made my daughter the most amazing deal on a brand new car, they basically made up what Fowler robbed us on (again my own fault, as we trusted them and they were good and sneaky how they did it.) They paid off her car she was seriously upside down on, and gave her the best deal they could and then some, got her qualified at .9 percent financing and the sales lady Angela as well as the finance officer Grant were amazing. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them. They even called the next day (today) to inform her they had made a mistake and wanted to change it to 0 percent financing and it lowered her payment of course. Highly, highly recommend. They want your business, and repeat business. Norton goes above and beyond with patience, understanding and help to get what you want at what you can afford. They are also the largest dealer in the area and because of high volume are able to give better deals than most. Great job! Wouldn't buy a car anywhere else now for certain. More
