I found my review and wanted to provide a supplemental response. While I'm not savvy enough to know how to change my rating, I would definitely change this a 2 star ranking. I would only give it a two star because the finance people were very nice and very easy to work with. Everything else with this truck has been a nightmare. Since purchasing my vehicle approximately 3 months ago, I have found that the vehicle I purchased is far from the quality I expected to receive. Immediately, I noticed a noise on the highway when driving it. It sounds like the rotors are rubbing against the tires constantly. The vehicle did not come with remote start despite carrying a $50k plus price tag. When asked if that could be included, my request was quickly dismissed. I only received one key and one remote keyless entry. Despite my follow-ups with the salesperson I worked with, I have received a second key. Just this week, I noticed there is a warning that pops up the dash that reads, "Maintenance required." In the sub-freezing temperatures we've been experiencing, the heater on max power blow about as hard as a 1988 electric hand dryer from McDonald's. I won't return, nor do I suspect I will ever purchase a Tundra again.
