A Good Experience! My partner and I started our search for a new car after the lot had closed for the day. A salesman happened to be walking through the lot, though, and stopped for about 10 minutes to answer some of our questions about the new Camry. We continued over to the used lot, and were surprised to have a salesman come out and offer a test ride, since we thought the lot had closed much earlier. After a couple of days, we went back to test drive the new Camry. The salesman was very knowledgeable on the car, very polite, and no pressure whatsoever. The finance officer did a good job getting us through the paperwork in a timely fashion. Everyone we came into contact with was very friendly and professional. More

Good Dealer First, I have to say that general speaking my experience with Jim Norton and his employees has been very good. Also, the process was much easier that First, I have to say that general speaking my experience with Jim Norton and his employees has been very good. Also, the process was much easier that my experience with other dealers. I have just a couple of remarks: 1. I was told that the maintenance of the vehicle is free the two first years, after to buy a 5 years maintenance. If, I would know it before, probably I would not take it. 2. When, I was comparing prices between dealers in Tulsa and in OKC, Springfield MO and couple of places in AR. Always the price in Tulsa were higher with the same car, year and trim. Not, only with Toyota it was the same with Infinity and Mercedes. Because, I was also checking the QX60 and the GLC. Jose More
