Terrible! We bought a 2015 Certified Toyota Sienna in October of last year. The sales person lied to us about the loaner car being a van when we bring it in for We bought a 2015 Certified Toyota Sienna in October of last year. The sales person lied to us about the loaner car being a van when we bring it in for service, they never did any inspection of the vehicle I can guarantee, because it had 4 different issues that we noticed just driving it off the lot. It has been in and out of their service department repeatedly each time coming back worse than before. Their General Manager doesn't return phone calls, because hes "too busy". The lies are just growing. They have now said that our bluetooth system isn't compatible with iPhone and its my 4 phones that are the issue. Yet when I get a loaner car they work flawlessly. They don't want to buy the car back, they want me to trade it in and take a hit considering they sold me every warranty known to man. To say they are a disappointment to the toyota brand is putting it lightly. They tell you anything you want to hear to sell you a car, and then they don't care because they have maid their money. Buyer Beware! More
