The Toyota Rent a car at the dealership was a great experience too while I was waiting to get my truck back from the collision center. Because I was treated so well I decided to get my oil changes and other service done at Jim Norton Toyota. I took my 2011 Toyota Tundra in for an oil change yesterday and while I was waiting had several great conversations with various employees. Charity and the other sales staff and Finance team are terrific. What was just a normal day of going in and getting an oil change turned into a dream come true! I was able to trade my 2011 Tundra for new 2018 Tundra with tons more features, a warranty and way better interest rate! I highly recommend Jim Norton Toyota all around rather it’s the Collision Center, Toyota Rent a car, Service Center, Sales or whatever you need they are great team and work great together for YOU!!
