Darren was EXCEPTIONAL! My husband and I went in looking for a very specific things in a car. Darren went above and beyond to show us every car they had that had most of what My husband and I went in looking for a very specific things in a car. Darren went above and beyond to show us every car they had that had most of what we were looking for. One of the managers and Darren worked together for awhile until they found us THE car, which wasn’t even on the sale lot yet! We decided it was the one we wanted and the staff went above and beyond to have it ready for us just a few days later. Darren was easy to talk to and was very friendly and honest! We actually had fun looking at cars with him! Car buying can be such a dreadful experience but everyone at Jim Norton made it a breeze! More
