Even after the sale was finalized, he stuck around to ensure we were aware of the all the extras my Highlander came with and helped me hook my phone up to the SUV for hands free calling. Andy was low pressure and quickly took us through the paperwork. He explained the warranty options, both what the SUV came with and any extended warranties that Toyota offered. Great buying experience, no pressure or stress Jake Newell was the perfect salesman for me. He was very knowledgeable about features and options for my Rav4. His personality was far from pushy!
