Late night car shopping. My wife and I went car shopping on a Friday night. We didn’t have anyone to watch our two girls so we brought them with us. Jake met us as soon as we My wife and I went car shopping on a Friday night. We didn’t have anyone to watch our two girls so we brought them with us. Jake met us as soon as we got out of the car. He helped us locate the vehicle that we were looking for and set us up in the lobby while he brought it. We reached an agreement and Jake set us up with the finance department. The entire staff at Jim Norton were very accommodating, even after my girls had made it way past their bedtime. The entire car buying experience was great. As it was getting late everyone was moving as fast as they could to get us out of there. However they never quit being friendly and efficient. I would recommend JIm Norton and Jake to everyone. More
Not upfront about used car issues Bought a 2008 Highlander with 150K miles. Expected to have to do $1-2K of maintenance on it upon purchase. However, the Toyota dealership (Hendrick To Bought a 2008 Highlander with 150K miles. Expected to have to do $1-2K of maintenance on it upon purchase. However, the Toyota dealership (Hendrick Toyota in KC) I took it to later listed $4,700 of non-routine work that needed to be done (wheels out of alignment, two significant oil leaks, including the engine). This Toyota dealership was shocked that Jim Norton Toyota sold the car in such a condition. Either the maintenance team was completely incompetent or they willingly lied about the car's condition. Hendrick Toyota even offered me a maintenance deal that Jim Norton would not (all I got was a sorry from them). Selling a car "as is" isn't an excuse to misrepresent a vehicle and pass the maintenance costs off to a new buyer. Would not recommend for used cars. More

Despite bitter cold weather, she went above and beyond to let me test drive several models and determine the right car for me and my budget. I decided to go with the 2018 Toyota RAV4. Zoua never pressured me but patiently answered all my questions. She is knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles of each model and demonstrated how to use the navigation system. The Sales Managers were all very pleasant to work with. The initial Finance Person, Derrick was new and pleasant. However his follow up with me to confirm financing was completely lacking and did not meet my expectations. After 5 days of having the car, I returned to the Dealership, and was told he was on vacation. I was referred to Andy who excellent and answered all my questions and concerns. More

I had 3 dealerships I was going to visit that day to shop around, This was my first car buying experience and I could not have asked for a better one. I had 3 dealerships I was going to visit that day to shop around, and I was on a strict budget. I wanted a new 2018 Toyota Camry on a Corolla budget. So, hopeful, I started at Jim Norton Toyota, and I am so glad I did! Bruce Buck went the extra mile to find me my car and he did! I got my Camry!!! From start to finish to even post sale, Bruce was an excellent sales rep and friend, and he will always have my business and recommendations. As other reviews noted, the atmosphere was friendly, the coffee shop was great, and I was comfortable the whole time working with Bruce. He even took pictures of my old car and of me with my new car, which I wish I could post here! It was sentimental and an extra friendly gesture I absolutely appreciated. Andy Currey in finances was the best, too! He explained the warranties, did paperwork quickly and efficiently, and was just as friendly the entire time. I still have my Toyota dog plush. It's propped high up above the back seat. Thank you! I am overall very thankful of the experience Bruce and everyone gave me. More
