Mistakes were made I purchased a vehicle from here a few months ago. Boy was it a headache. The salesman was amazing and took great care of me. The finance department ho I purchased a vehicle from here a few months ago. Boy was it a headache. The salesman was amazing and took great care of me. The finance department however was a different story. We put $500 down for the vehicle. I had it a few weeks hearing nothing at all assuming all was well when I got a call demanding I come back in right then and give them an extra $500 or bring the car back. After many phone calls and realizing that they hadn't even gotten me approved for any kind of a loan,I called back wondering why the bank hadn't even heard of me. They realized they hadn't gotten funding so we had to come back to resign paperwork with my wife first. Then a few weeks go by and we have to come in and resign again. We have had the car a month at this point without any loan or a title for the car. fast forward a few days ago I receive a call informing me I owe Jim Norton an extra $300 for my payoff. I called the banks and they told me my payoff was correct as I had it. So,I called back to speak to them and they figured out in order for them to finance my loan they had to pay my first months payment and were calling me to collect due to their mistake. Will not buy from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone or use their service department. I would give them 0 stars if I could More
Louis was very good I had been looking for a new car for about one and a half years. I had visited a number of dealerships both in Tulsa and OKC. Once I decided on a car it really came down to the dealership and it's employees. Louis was by far the best salesperson I dealt with. Was ready to get answers to questions and did not hard sale me.
