Also, I am very assertive on price and can be at times unreasonable. Some dealerships have told me they simply couldn’t help because I just expected too much. Well that’s why Jim Norton Toyota got my business again. And my salesperson Shelly was on her toes. I fired off questions like a quick fire game show and she kept right up with my answers. And when I insisted on more details, more technical explanations, she did not disappoint. I will do business with her again and I feel she is knowledgeable and professional in her field and not pushy on sales. I like a comfortable experience and no pressure.
