We picked a 2020 Avalon Limited Hybrid from Jim Norton website and clicked link to indicate we wanted a test drive. Got a timely response by way of email from Robert Blocker and scheduled test drive for website and clicked link to indicate we wanted a test drive. Since my wife and I were newbies to the hybrid universe, Robert spent some extra time with us explaining the hybrid characteristics. He was more than willing to work with us and was not the pushy car salesman stereotype. Would also like to give a shout out to Stefan in Finance; He was very professional and willing to work with us.
