Got my car back on the road! 2 other dealerships DROPPED THE BALL and hung me out to dry. Danny at JGC seriously took care of me. He found recalls on my vehicle, on top of what wa 2 other dealerships DROPPED THE BALL and hung me out to dry. Danny at JGC seriously took care of me. Everyone was exceedingly nice I was notified by mail that my 2011 HHR needed a new ignition and I called and spoke with Cherise, at Glover, and made an appointment. She was very personable and polite and took my appointment, a couple of days later, my appointment was moved up when she said, come on in, we can fix you up today. Matt met me at the car lot entrance and guided me to my destination. Cherise checked me in quickly and made sure I was comfortable. Luther came in and was very nice also. I, like most people who work, truly appreciate the timeliness of my appointment and how quickly your crew was able to change out my faulty ignition. Before I knew it, it was done and I was on my way. I did not have to mess with a loaner car, and was able to make my late afternoon Friday meeting with more than enough time. Even though I did not buy this car at Glover Chevrolet, Glover will be the first place I go when I am ready to buy my next car. More
DANNY JONES IS THE BEST I don't know about you but I was never a fan of having to take my car in for any type of routine maintenance. I don't mind ever having to take my car in because i know for a fact that Danny Jones will take the absolute best care of me. He does everything with a huge smile on his face! He makes for sure that I am 100% satisfied with my car maintenance experience. He goes above and beyond each and every time I need to bring my car into Jim Glover. He is the true definition of top of the line customer service. More

I bought my Chevy cruise in 2012 and he bought the Chevy equonox in 2013 and we love them!! We only take our vehicles into their service department for scheduled upkeep and let me just say that Joe Baker treats us like preferred customers....he makes the time to discuss any and all questions I have and I always feel like I am his top priority.....Joe is truly an asset to the service department at Jim Glover.....I will continue to refer friends and family to only this top notch Chevy dealer....they have our business for life !!! Great, fast service. I had just purchased a 2006 Corvette from an individual and only 1 key fob worked. I took it in, talked to Jorge Rodriguez and asked how quickly he co I had just purchased a 2006 Corvette from an individual and only 1 key fob worked. I took it in, talked to Jorge Rodriguez and asked how quickly he could get it fixed. He said would be less than an hour. When he checked he found a recall on the lights and asked if I wanted to get it done while I was there. I said I had an appointment and he said he would make it happen in less than an hour. In about 50 minutes I looked and saw my car on the service drive and went outside. He said he had been looking for me. What a great surprise. Great job Jorge and Jim Glover Chevrolet Service Team!!
