Rude customer service The customer service was very rude! I asked if I could use my coupon that was sent to me in my email. She said I would need it printed off. It was oil Chang for 19.99 off. She said ur vechicle wouldn't qualify for it anyways. I said why she said cause your truck takes like 8 quarts of oil plus the additive. I said no my truck doesn't take 8. More like 5 plus the additive. She asked have u been here before I said yes every oil change for 4 years now. She said well I can pull it up on my computer. She came back and said yeah yours don't take 8. Yeah I know that! More

The last 3 years all my cars maintenance has been at this location. It’s very easy and simple, I can just call and make an appointment and they always have an opening no matter how busy. Took awhile to get it serviced right, but great staff. Serviced a 2013 Chevy Cruze. Though we had to take it back several times for it to actually be fixed, the overall experience was good.
