Thankful for respectfulness I want to say thank you for making my trip for my oil change so easy. In previous years at other dealerships I was always pushed to purchase additiona I want to say thank you for making my trip for my oil change so easy. In previous years at other dealerships I was always pushed to purchase additional items including clips they broke off my vehicle. I would sit for hours to pay for service that had been promised with purchase of the vehicle only to walk away feeling as if I had just been ripped off. I was so pleased with the service call last week. I called the day before and was told to come on in. It took so little time that I didn't get settled into the lounge. They explained everything and made me feel like a VIP. No attempts to upsell and everything was perfect. thank you for treating me with respect. More
