You reversed a repair Originally I came in for a tire rotation, balance, and an oil change. Your service people found a way to add on other services and more cost, but I ha Originally I came in for a tire rotation, balance, and an oil change. Your service people found a way to add on other services and more cost, but I had them done and left. The rotation caused one of the wheels to wobble. I brought it in and they said a balance wasn't done. They moved the offending wheel to the back and said it should be replaced. I brought it in to be replaced, with a request for a new key fob. They couldn't figure out which wheel it was, rotated it back to the front, instead of replacing the wheel like I asked, added on a tune up for more charges, tried to added on a coolant flush (I stopped them absolutely knowing it had been done within the last year and they tried to argue with me about it). I leave the shop and my wheel is wobbling again and more noticable now that it is back up front. It is clear that your service people are trying to take advantage of me because they think I know nothing about cars. My father was a GM employee for 30 years. I know enough about cars to know that I am being taken advantage of. I only go to you all because you have certified mechanics to maintain the agreement that I have it serviced by certified mechanics and anything that goes wrong with the engine is repaired at no cost. I will find other certified mechanics. Your finance people are very friendly. More

He told me about the other one but could not find asked if they could replace both he went to parts and finally the other service manager said they would get one out of a Colorado truck first 2 guys were very unfriendly. I have 3 GM vehicles and have been looking for a service dealership I guess I will keep looking or go back to Glover More

Fast service! Joe got my truck right in when I told him I believed the brakes were metal to metal. Got the truck back in no time and was back on the road! More
