Cost of doing business When your dealership contacts a customer for reg maintenance. They need to inform the customer of the cost for that service. Also there should be a detail given to the auto for bringing it back to Route 66 for service. $55 is high for oil change and rotation. There is no incentive for bringing the auto to Route 66 when other dealers at least detail it before they return it to the customer. Also checking the fluids on said auto should be automatically included. More

I've brought alot of cars over my 50 year's. This was worst. We got the late Saturday evening took it home. The next business day Monday morning we tried to return the car. They refused to take it back. The paper work hadn't even been processed yet. We was forced to take the car they said they would put a repo on my credit if I didn't take it.
