Expedient & Honest Service My service writer, Lee, was expedient and thorough in his service with my 2016 Malibu. When I saw my check engine light, I immediately called him and My service writer, Lee, was expedient and thorough in his service with my 2016 Malibu. When I saw my check engine light, I immediately called him and he stated it could be a piston, based on the code. By the time I got to the dealership, a loaner vehicle was ready for me. I was told this repair may take awhile. 3 days later, I get a text they my vehicle was ready and the repair was a much simpler (and cheaper) repair than expected. It’s very rare that anyone walks away from a mechanic (especially at a dealership) paying less than expected. I’m very happy with my experience here. More
