Terrible service writer I went in with one of our commercial led display trucks to get the oil changed..prior to going....I called the service department and they said to ask I went in with one of our commercial led display trucks to get the oil changed..prior to going....I called the service department and they said to ask for lee when I went in. When I got there I asked for lee and found him to be obnoxious, aloof and really had an attitude that should never be displayed in a customer service oriented job. I got my oil changed finally and knew that route 66 has lost my companies business forever. Way to go lee More
