We have the absolute best experience with route 66 Chevrolet! Kameron was our salesman, at no point did we feel pressured whatsoever by anyone we dealt with. We were there on a Saturday so it did take a little bit longer because they were very busy. Todd was the sales manager that helped us. He negotiated with my husband and we were able to come to an agreement very easily. After signing all the papers we noticed a chunk out of one of the tires, stephan and Todd from Don over, the service manager. He said to replace the tire for our piece of mind. They got us in that Monday for a new tire, everyone in the service area was just as amazing. They came over constantly to keep me updated on the progress. We will most definitely be back and can’t recommend this dealership enough! More

I got my truck back with a dent in it. They moved the shock mount and it pulls to the right now. And they told me they reprogrammed the tire sensors to 50 psi but lied, all they did was let air out of my shock mount and it pulls to the right now. Camaro SS Stabilitrack and battery issue Overall satisfied once I got a manager involved to reduce my bill in half. I was told they couldn't diagnose the stabilitrack issue with the battery Overall satisfied once I got a manager involved to reduce my bill in half. I was told they couldn't diagnose the stabilitrack issue with the battery testing at 25%. Once AAA replaced the battery the stabilitrack light went off, yet they still wanted to charge me $130 for diagnosis. Nothing was diagnosed. I already knew the battery was dead, so I refused to pay $130 to confirm a dead battery. The manager reduced the bill in half and that was satisfactory. More
