This is the worst place I've ever bought a vehicle from. Said they mailed my title and i should have it in a few days, neve came in. Now I'm filling a complaint to the Oklahoma attorney general office to try and resolve the title issue. Don't buy from this company! More

Took our SUV in to them back in October 2019 for heater blowing cold out the passenger side. After several run arounds with them and even told twice it was fixed. We had picked it up and had to turn around less than 5 miles away cause still not working. I finally got a call from Phillip my service rep. saying it had a cracked head. They gave me the report that states the coolant system passed a pressure test but he said "it was not leaking coolant out only letting air in" that is impossible according to 3 other shops. I now have it at another shop and they are working it. Route 66 seems to drag their feet, make up problems, and charge for parts and labor they just throw at your vehicle. More

I'm undecided on recommending the service center, only due to the price. I took my car in for an oil change and it cost me $52. I just may be cheap but that's too high for an oil change. Outstanding improvement over previous visits. About an hour for oil change and tire rotation, service tech was knowledgeable and friendly.
