Sad Still No Car responded

Respectfully, I have over 20 emails from your dealership from Kaili Biggs, Kaili Brock, Christian Ordinez, I have two videos of the car (Malibu) I was wanting to buy. I made an offer. And all the things I said above. I'll be happy to share the emails. I received a call on my cell phone while I was at a fmaily wedding about the car and the deal. Perhaps there are more than one location for your business? I'm sorry, but it was not a good experience and I still need a car. I don't know who you are sir, but this happened.

Sad Still No Car responded

I never visited the dealership when I bought my last car either - except to sign paperwork and pick up my new Malibu. What a great dealership and peaceful deal. I explained to your staff this was my desire again - to get everything set up and then go pick up our new car. It was a new car. Again, all the 20 emails, the promises, the questions asked and answered and the price. And again, once they told me this car was sold (out from under me), they tried to sell me one that was $5000 more and sent videos of it etc. I was so hopeful this was going to be just like the last time we bought a new Malibu. It was the car I wanted and needed and the price was acceptable. Sadly, I passed up a couple more that would have worked but thought we had a deal. I asked your dealership to stop emailing me and now I am dealing with emails asking me to remove my review. It is sad how things sometimes are when a family in good faith saves up and then tries to buy a car. I have had a car totaled by a semi and a daughter killed in a wreck. Purchasing a vehicle is always very hard for me. I was so thankful last time when our local dealer made it so easy and stuck to their word and provided pricing on everything that never changed. I never test-drove that car and have driven it for 10 years. Has been a great car and still is. Was hopeful history could repeat itself. I am a retired teacher and we are a military family. I am also a retired nonprofit director (volunteer) where I started a nonprofit for 20 years that fed others and provided educational program.s I am no one special but believe that a car dealership should take the time to think about the human element behind all the money. These are families with heart aches and buying a car is a major purchase to them. Thank you for your time.
