Tamera was polite and responsive when I was looking at and test driving the vehicle I purchased. The console, dash, and cupholders were all dirty since it was used (sticky soda spills and dog hair glued o and test driving the vehicle I purchased. I pointed them out and she said it would be cleaned while I left and came back to sign the paperwork. I got back and it wasn't done but since I just got the keys I drove home. When I got an email follow up thanking me for the purchase and asking if I needed anything I mentioned the lack of detailing and wanted a proper cleaning done. I was ignored. A 2nd email from the manager came, also ignored. Three days later I called Tamera and she booked me to have it cleaned. I left it at 11:30 am and it took until the next morning for it to be ready. Guess what? They cleaned the pull out cup holder on the console but left all the sticky soda residue on the sides of the console and on the slide doors on the console and never wiped down the dash. So not only did they not do as they said, I requested it to be cleaned twice, and had to spend my time to get it done and they finally didn't do it. I gave up on them and I'll clean it myself but they get a negative review! More
