As always, My experience was top notch. Kevin Thames met me on the drive. Kevin was friendly, attentive to my service needs, and quickly wrote up my service order. I had done some research on the Jim Glover website before making the appointment with Richard Rispoli. I was in the market for a new car for my 25 year old daughter. After looking at the new models, we wer making the appointment with Richard Rispoli. I was in the market for a new car for my 25 year old daughter. After looking at the new models, we were convinced that a silver Cruze was the perfect choice. However, when we drove into the lot, my daughter spied a lime green Spark. She immediately decided that she wanted to test drive it rather than the Cruze. Richard found one for us that had all of the bells and whistles of a luxury automobile. My daughter now has the benefit of OnStar, Satellite radio, bluetooth capability for her iPhone, and the option to purchase a navigation system ap on her phone that will integrate into the car. An additional plus is that the Spark takes up very little room in the garage!! We love it!! More

The Bodyshop at Jim Glover has had my car since November of 2013 to repair damage to the frame, hood, both driver's side doors, and wind shield. today is 2/20/2014. They have told me my car was ready three of 2013 to repair damage to the frame, hood, both driver's side doors, and wind shield. today is 2/20/2014. They have told me my car was ready three times now. First time I went to pick it up the hood was not straight, paint on my head lamps, there was sanding dust from front to back inside and out. my grey leather was now tan from a thick layer of dust. the second time I went to pick up my car(after I was told it was ready) The battery was dead, my hood was still not straight and the sunroof would not close. the inside had an over powering smell of whatever they used to clean the inside, it was so overpowering that it stuck to my clothes. After contacting J.Glover with in thirty minutes I was told my car was ready for pick up. That was yesterday, The body shop asked me to call them thirty minutes before I would arrive so they could wash my car. today when I went to pick up my car, the hood was still not right. Now I am told it will be Monday before I can get my car. Mr. Glover has offerd me A free oil change for my trouble and wait. I am thankfull for the loaner vehicles they have allowed me to drive, and the future oil change but, I do not think that makes up for the lack of quality workmanship they profess to turn out. Brenda Barricklow is the shop Manager and I believe she is as frustrated as I am. She is only as good as her techs. After seeing my review, The G.M. from Jim Glover called me and asked if he could make things right? Ofcourse I gave them one more chance. They did fix a few issues with my car but, the paint is not correct. I had called Mr.J.Glover and asked for a better trade-in price on my car. He said HE and the G.M. would sit down with me and my wife. when it came time to set the meeting he was not available. We were sent to the sales floor where a team of salesman did there song and dance, assured us that we would take home a new truck because jared told them to do what it takes even if they lose money on this deal. NO SIR! that is not what happend. the bait and switch did not work. After coming home and looking at there web sight, the very price they had quoted us,(the price that we were told was the sorry for the bad taste in your mouth price) is there sale price to everyone. Brad Sexton the sales manager Told me he would get with Mr. Glover the next morning and see if he could put us in the new truck, He told me to my face I will call you at 11:ooam or 11:30am. He did not call. At 1:30pm. I called him. To his credit he did put together a diminished value letter for me like he said he would. The very letter Jared said he would put together. I hope this is all easy to understand But the piont here is, stay away from Jim Glover Chevrolet!! I also did not recieve the letter for a free oil change that Jared had promised. More

As always, I was running late on a Saturday afternoon to get my Equinox in for an oil change. This time I also needed to have the tires rotated. The service personnel said I was just in time to get everyt get my Equinox in for an oil change. This time I also needed to have the tires rotated. The service personnel said I was just in time to get everything done, even though I know that they know I am always pushing it on time, and not to worry about it! I was in and out in well under an hour, which is even more impressive given the fact that they were very busy as it was the first nice weather day in several weeks. I am always truly impressed by the family atmosphere that radiates throughout the entire dealership, and how much effort is put forth to make everyone feel relaxed and have a great experience, regardless of the reason for the visit. I appreciate everyone there and hope they truly know how wonderful they are to do business with! More
