We take customer satisfaction very seriously and see it as of the utmost importance when dealing with our customers. In our eyes, if you can't be completely satisfied with your dealings with us and the service we provide, then we feel that we do not deserve your business. I would appreciate some more details on your dealings with us if you don't mind. I believe you may have already purchased a vehicle elsewhere, but perhaps I can at least correct the situation on our end so that something like this doesn't happen again. You said you don't remember the salesmans name, can you describe what he looked like?
