Kevin Thames was our service person. He was great! The only negative thing that I could say about the whole experience was that we had to wait for quite a while. I know that it is first come first served, so the wait didn't bother us. They also were cooking food, so we were served lunch. What a perk! As far as the service, Kevin is awsome. He always finds a coupon to help hold down the cost, plus he takes the time to talk to us when they are finished to answer any questions that we might have. More
After buying a car that I wasnt ready to buy. I stopped by while I was in Tulsa and drove a Malibu I love it and the deal they made me for my truck site enseen i feelt like it was fare so I took it home. I got one key and one key fob with it and when i took my truck back I asked saleman about the other key and key fob. Saleman says they only come with one so i had to buy another key but fob was way to much. So two days later driver information center says key fob battery was low and started only working here and there with me living out of town I waited for my oil change to come due and ask service guy to replace key fob battery. After getting oil changed (which was in a good timely matter on a Saturday and busy) service guy told be battery didnt help something inside it was broke. I asked how can it be broke when it was telling me low battery so I tried to find saleman that sold me the car but could not find him and I had to be somewhere so I left. After thinking about it I e mailed Jim Glover Chevy about it and was contacted quickly about my concern from John Hibbert. This man took care of everything for me even send me text because I could'nt take phone calls at work and now I have 2 key fobs that works great. Jim Glover did'nt have to do this as it was a few months but that shows me that there do take care of there customors. My next car or truck will come from Jim Glover Thanks John Hibbert More

My wife and I went to this place I called ahead of time when we got there our hopes sank I was not able to get the truck I wanted Mr. Hancock our sales man didnt seem to care about us or what we wanted he when we got there our hopes sank I was not able to get the truck I wanted Mr. Hancock our sales man didnt seem to care about us or what we wanted he pulled up in a black 2011 silverado and said this is the only thing I can get you approved for as he smacked his gum every 5 seconds my wife an I were in a bind my vehicle was totally broken down and would have cost me the price of a new one to fix so went along and did the deal signed the paper work and I drove off in the sun set... 3 weeks later before I even had a chance to pay on it I was call at 7 pm the night before my birthday to have the truck back the next day and the only way to keep it is to get another co signer this place is not the place to do business if your the common working man they will only hit ya when your down More
From the initial call to schedule service to upon completion and checking out everyone was very friendly helpful in every way. I communicated with Jim Glover's internet sales. I was told they would be able to get me into a new 2013 Chevrolet with only a 2k miles or so. I informed the salesman that my truck was a 2008 with 90 was told they would be able to get me into a new 2013 Chevrolet with only a 2k miles or so. I informed the salesman that my truck was a 2008 with 90k miles. He said no problem, I called him back later to tell him what the pay off would be since it was 2k higher the Kelly blue book trade in value. He left me a message saying they could definitely work with me and get me in the price range I needed as there were various discounts that would apply to vehicles such as this (loaners that were new with a few thousand miles). When I arrived he showed me a black vehicle and said I know you wanted a black one, I said no, I specifically said I did not want a black vehicle. He then showed me a very nice silver vehicle. I liked it so he said they would evaluate my trade and start on the paperwork. After an hour, he approached me and told me they would not be able to get me in the payment I wanted, but there was another lender they were going trying to contact but could not reach them. He left again, and came back around 45 minutes later, saying there was no way they could do get me in that vehicle as they were only giving me 8k for my truck. I said the book value is 10, and he came up with an excuse why they could not give me more but he would try. He returned again saying he had another vehicle that he could get me into I said how many miles and he said he did not know that 'they' just handed him the info. Now this young man had informed me that he had been salesman of the year a couple of different times, yet he did not even know what this next choice was. I told him to just give me my keys and let me leave, I then said the reason we use the internet is to make sure all of the leg work is complete prior to arrival to skip the typical sales hassle. He did not want to return my keys and wanted to keep asking if I was sure I did not want to look at another vehicle. I was raised where a mans word was his bond, not a line of bull. This was just another typical sales tactic to get you into the dealership only to put you in a lower class vehicle at the most price possible. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone, as a matter of fact, I observed other customers receiving similar treatment. Why not just be honest with me and say no we cannot help you out versus have me drive 100 mile round trip and waste 4 hours of my day. I had heard Jim Glover was a great place to buy a car....I disagree.... More
