Everyone was exceedingly nice I was notified by mail that my 2011 HHR needed a new ignition and I called and spoke with Cherise, at Glover, and made an appointment. She was very personable and polite and took my appointment, a couple of days later, my appointment was moved up when she said, come on in, we can fix you up today. Matt met me at the car lot entrance and guided me to my destination. Cherise checked me in quickly and made sure I was comfortable. Luther came in and was very nice also. I, like most people who work, truly appreciate the timeliness of my appointment and how quickly your crew was able to change out my faulty ignition. Before I knew it, it was done and I was on my way. I did not have to mess with a loaner car, and was able to make my late afternoon Friday meeting with more than enough time. Even though I did not buy this car at Glover Chevrolet, Glover will be the first place I go when I am ready to buy my next car. More
