My Wonderful Experience At Jim Glover I pulled into Jim Glover Chevrolet for an oil change. I love how every time I go there, everyone smiles at you and waves, kind of like you died and w I pulled into Jim Glover Chevrolet for an oil change. I love how every time I go there, everyone smiles at you and waves, kind of like you died and went to heaven and that instant you realize you went up instead of down! What no one knows is that day was one of my personal worst days and I was very depressed. A very KIND looking gentleman (an angel-going with the heaven thing) was waving at me, but I caught a look in his eyes, so I stopped. I said (really being silly) is there anyway you could trade my Cruz for a new one, with no down payment and title and tax paid and cut my payments in half? I was actually making a joke - which is how I deal with depression. His name is Isaac Dennis and he told me to "just pull up and lets talk about it". WOW, so I thought why not? Well this was a VERY good day! Everyone made me feel like family. I visited with Isaac for awhile and he actually talked to JIM GLOVER in person and said lets put this retired teacher in a better Cruze! Isaac let me look at several and this one Cruze just kind of wanted me. It was brown, and my old Cruze is red (I like red). Isaac was very professional, but at the same time we connected on a level that I was treated like a person (not just someone trying to make a sale). I was invited to throw a football into the trunk of a pickup or get into the cash box. (Later James Mize told me I should have picked the cash box. I was offered the best coffee ever while I waited for Isaac to offer my deal. OMGosh! He returned and said the brown Cruze was mine and here is the offer! Later I was introduced to James Mize who was so friendly and very professional!! We both like to watch The Voice, I was wearing my Blake Shelton t-shirt! I told him I was amazed at how well he could Multi-task, talking and doing paperwork at the same time, even cracking a few really funny jokes!! One being about the money box. I was telling him how I threw the football like a softball! He asked me why I didn't get in the money box? I said the football was a bigger prize. Not making the goal, he said wellllll if you had been in the money box, at least you would have something!! The way he said it was funnier! BTW: I still think I could of accomplished the throw, if I had thrown it like a football!! So, my experience was one of the best days of my life!! A very SPECIAL thanks to Isaac Dennis and James Mize (and I do apologize for calling him Mike instead of James! Opps! That was the best day I had in a long time. My Cruze even has a CAMERA so when I back up, I can just look at my TOUCH SCREEN on the dash to see if I'm going to hit anything! I give Jim Glover a very special thanks to having a staff that really cares about their customers and realizes a poor credit score does not reflect a bad person, just a person that went through some very hard times. THANK YOU. I appreciate all of you and I can hardly wait for my FIRST FREE oil change. I didn't spend anything out of my own pocket that day AND yes, my tax and title were paid! Service department is severely lacking The sales department is wonderful; however, the service department....I've taken my car to the dealership for car care since I got it 4 1/2 years ago. The sales department is wonderful; however, the service department....I've taken my car to the dealership for car care since I got it 4 1/2 years ago. Ever since, the service department service has gone downhill. After my last oil change, I even had the guy from the service department call me and tell me I HAD to give him a positive review. Um, what?! The straw that broke the camel's back was last weekend when I took my car in because it died without notice. I received a jump to be able to start my car. I took it in the dealership to get it checked, as well as an oil change. It was 2hrs before the service department was due to close. Had my car not died, I wouldn't have chosen that time to take my car in. I have never had someone try and change my mind about getting any service done, like I did that day. He even wanted to talk me out of getting my oil change saying I only got it done 2000 miles ago (although I try to get it changed once every 3 months and it was time). I'm not going to force anybody to get business. I left without getting an oil change because he made me feel like an inconvenience. I ended up at Sears and had my car worked on there. Unless there is something that requires me to go to the dealership, I will not return. More

Great salesman excellent selection I was thinking about buying a new car, and stopped by Jim Glover. The selection was great. I drove the new Camero and if was awesome. Chevy has really made car care and driving easy. The rear camera showed the radius of the car for backing out, and how close you are to the car behind you. The speedometer was on the glass. That was unexpected, and I loved it. My salesman was Tony Fryer, he was so nice and such a pleasure to work with. He had a lot of knowledge about the car. He showed me features that I would have to read the manual to find. The entire experience was great. Tony was the perfect salesman. I will definitely come back to buy, and tell all my friends to ask for Tony. More
