Save yourself the hassle We stopped in to Jim Glover Chevrolet used car lot on 12/24/16, and were immediately met by a salesman named Kamarochi (sp?). He was very friendly and We stopped in to Jim Glover Chevrolet used car lot on 12/24/16, and were immediately met by a salesman named Kamarochi (sp?). He was very friendly and helpful. We told him the budget we had to work with, and were wanting to use our golf cart as a trade. Found out this would be excellent, as the used car lots sides golf cart had been stolen the prior week. He takes us to see a Chevy Tahoe, and we test drove it, and loved it. It had 1 issue at that time, which was the hood latch didn't completely latch the hood tight. We go in to start the paperwork, and his manager Mazen comes over with a cost writeup on the Tahoe, to the tune of 10,989 I believe. We hemmed and hawed about it for a few minutes, and while Mazen was in the used car tower, my husband got online, and the Tahoe we were buying was listed at 6704 on the internet site. When we pointed this out to them, Mazen became nasty and defensive, and blamed it on a misprint by the internet people. needless too say, we still got it for that price, but only after arguing and made to feel like criminals. Before we signed any paperwork, it was agreed upon the hood latch would be fixed. Finished paperwork, and drove it off the lot. Took it to Wichita the next day for Christmas, and driving up, the only issue we had was a horrid rattle, possibly from the hood not being latched tight. Get back in it to leave, and the check engine light is on. Drove it back to Tulsa Sunday night, and took it in to be looked at Monday. They determined the check engine light was on due to 4 bad censors, and that we also had a leak in the rear end seals. They decided they would fix the censors, but not the leak, as its not a safety issue. The problem with this is, they knew about the leak before they sold it, and didn't say a word. Made arrangements to bring it back on Tuesday 12/27/16 to have the hood latch and censors changed. Got there Tuesday morning, and lack of communication all around, people didn't know I was coming. They finally took it back around 11:30 AM, and around 12:30, they gave me a ride home. At 3:30, we find out it still isn't done, and needs to be left over night. At 11:40 this morning I get a call that it's ready, so we go to pick it up, and the censors are done,or at least that's what they told us, but they decided they weren't going to fix the hood latch, even though, it was written into the contract it would be fixed. I told Kamarochi I was tired of the way we were being treated, I would have the hood latch fixed on my own, and send the bill to them. Now I will say, Robert was helpful also, in that he pushed through for the censors to be changed, and got a price estimate on fixing the rear end seal leak. While I believe Jim Glover Chevrolet should have fixed that issue, without cost to me, I appreciate Robert telling me how much it would probably cost to be fixed there, so I could take it somewhere else. I felt like Mazen didn't want us there, and caught him lying to us more than once. So no, in all good conscious, I cannot recommend Jim Glover Chevrolet Used Cars to anyone. More

I recently bought a new Chevy 2500 Silverado from Jim Glover. I found the truck i wanted, and it was a little higher than i wanted to spend. However, sales was able to meet me at the price i needed the truck to be at and even throw in a few extra options too! Not only did he bring the price down for me, but he didn't try and talk me into a different or a more expensive truck he knew i would qualify for. I am super happy with Jim Glover and I won't shop anywhere else. This is the 3rd truck I have purchased in 14 months from them and I will continue to stay with this dealer because the salesmen are honest and the service department ensures I am fully satisfied as well. Danny Jones is awesome If it wasn't for Danny Jones, I wouldn't of given JGC a 2nd chance. When I started to have problems with my silverado, he did everything he could to k If it wasn't for Danny Jones, I wouldn't of given JGC a 2nd chance. When I started to have problems with my silverado, he did everything he could to keep me happy and the cost down, especially when I blew 10k in 2 weeks. I always see Danny Jones no matter what. Even for the little things like, tire rotation, out of balance tires, oil changes, mechanical checks before long drives (SC) & (MI). No matter if it's something little or major, I know Danny Jones will take care of me. For example when I lifted my truck and put 35s on, I started to have a lot of issues. So I would swing by to see Danny Jones, to get his input/ thoughts on what could be wrong. I recommend Danny Jones to all that I know who drives a chevy product. More
