This place has no respect or appreciation for it's customers My husband purchased a 2017 Chevy Trax from them. Within a week we noticed the tint peeling off the back window and the rubber seal around the back dr My husband purchased a 2017 Chevy Trax from them. Within a week we noticed the tint peeling off the back window and the rubber seal around the back drivers side door leaking. We contacted Ryan Kallam, which is who we had dealt with when we purchased the car. He agreed that we shouldn't have any problems with it since it was brand new and we also upgraded the warranty on the car. He told us to bring it in to be fixed and a loaner car would be given to us while it was being fixed. The loaner car they gave us was on empty, no spare tire, and the tag is almost 2 months out of date! Then to top it all off... When we called to check the progress of out vehicle, we were told there was no record of us purchasing a vehicle there. Seriously! We finally had to just call Ryan directly. Then he proceeded to tell us they weren't going to fix the peeling tint because they felt that we had put the tint on the car ourselves!!! Are you kidding me?! He stated there was no record of the car being sold to us having tint. My husband was basically called a liar and was trying to cheat them. My husband had some not so nice words to Ryan and then hung up. Eventually Ryan called back and stated that our vehicle was a trade in from their other car lot so they didn't have all the records there and he checked and the tint was on there when we purchased it. He apologized but at this point, after being called a liar and a scammer, an apology does nothing. That is a horrible way to treat your customers. Horrible horrible business ethics! Beware people More

He asked what I was looking for and in a matter of three minutes I was test diving a dream Pulled in the parking, was greeted immediately, by Dillon. Dillon was very hospitable and it was a great experience and I liked everyone I met. they did not have a problem answering my questions and giving me good tips and explaining the process as we went along.
