Great service with no hidden fees or unexpected "surprises" I was looking for a rather rare make and model in the GM lineup and located two with the options I preferred. One in Dallas and the other in Tulsa at I was looking for a rather rare make and model in the GM lineup and located two with the options I preferred. One in Dallas and the other in Tulsa at Route 66. I had a trade and should mention up front that I reside in Houston, Texas. Obviously the extended drive factored into my decision in terms of which dealer I with which I would work, but more importantly was the service and level of engagement I would receive. Daryn and James in the Internet sales department were extremely helpful, HONEST and totally transparent during the negotiations. They gave exactly what my car was worth, with no unexpected last minute quibbling when I arrived at the dealership after a 7 hour drive from Houston. My experience with both of these gentlemen has been nothing but completely satisfying and I will definitely consider working with them in the future at Route 66 in Tulsa. I could have purchased my new car in Dallas at close to the same price, but service and transparency matter to me as does proactive engagement and the high level of service exhibited by these two gentlemen and the rest of the staff at Route 66 was exemplary. Definitely woth my time and effort. :) More

unprofessional September 2017 visit I received nothing but unprofessional service with the new car sales, the salesperson stated that he would call me on monday after a September 2017 we I received nothing but unprofessional service with the new car sales, the salesperson stated that he would call me on monday after a September 2017 weekend visit and going thru the process of running my application. The salesperson never called back on monday which I ended up calling him and the salesperson said he would call me back in 20 min which lead to not calling me back at all. called a few other times in Tuesday, Wednesday, finally Friday I spoke to a new car sales manager in his office, which he stated that they haven't received any answers from any finance company and I advised the manager that is unprofessional and rude for a salesperson not to call back. if there was a problem or I'm not approved just be honest and tell that to a customer and not to ignore phone calls or when approached to say we are waiting on a answer. By the way it is almost the middle of November still haven't received a answer. I am not going to reveal the salesperson or manager on my post unless higher executive want the names.
