Incredible experience buying my Dodge Grand Caravan!!! Derrick was an amazing sales rep. He helped me find the van that met my family’s needs and was very helpful in all of the questions and concerns I had Derrick was an amazing sales rep. He was patient and let me talk things over with my family before making any decisions and I felt very well taken care of throughout the entire process. Hal was very informative and did an amazing job at explaining the different coverage options at an understandable level. From mentioning things as small as minor light fixes to blown engines, he was really great at putting things into perspective but was really open minded to the fact that we had already met our budget. Always able to get me in immediately I have been late to every appointment due to it being difficult to get away from work. Lee always finds a way to fit me in, and has never made me fee I have been late to every appointment due to it being difficult to get away from work.
