Accommodating & above my expectations I only called to schedule an oil change... but I mentioned my engine was driving kinda rough & Lee, my service guy, suggested I go ahead & bring my ca I only called to schedule an oil change... but I mentioned my engine was driving kinda rough & Lee, my service guy, suggested I go ahead & bring my car in that day. He gave me a complementary loaner car to drive. Turns out there was a problem with my engine. They replaced the part, which was covered under my warranty. They also washed and vacuumed my car, rotated tires (I mentioned I drive a lot for my job) and called me to pick it up 3 days later. The best part... my bill was ZERO!! Everything was covered under my warranty & I had a coupon for a free oil change! I highly recommend Route 66! The support staff is also very friendly! More

Fast and Efficient I bought a used Toyota Highlander from Route 66 in the Fall and have returned it there for the three free oil changes they provide. Even though I’ve driven from Stillwater, it’s not a bad drive and their efficiency and speed has me thinking about continuing with their service even after the free changes. They send out oil change pricing specials that are the lowest I’ve seen, and with a Saturday service option, it’s hard to beat. I called on a weekday morning and was able to bring it right in that day. I’ve been impressed. More
