Beware Don't let some of these great reviews fool you! Lee in service is great, unfortunately it ends there. But let me start at the beginning of this nightmare. 2/16/19 - I brought my much loved HHR in f Lee in service is great, unfortunately it ends there. But let me start at the beginning of this nightmare. 2/16/19 - I brought my much loved HHR in for service (oil change & wheel alignment) Waited, talked to a sales person pleasant. I pulled off the lot and my transmission went away just stopped working I was able to coast in to the Nissan lot. Was given a loaner thanks to Lee, he was right on it getting me a price and giving me time to decide what I was going to do. I had to go back that evening to get my remote for my garage door and was met by a mob of sales people and if they were joking with me they were not doing a great job and I was not in the mood after my day. 2/18 - I came in to look was pretty sure of what I didn't want. Was made a lot of promises by Morgan I just didn't take too seriously. I found one that was too much $$ but I really liked it so they got it down on the payment so I agreed to purchase and told the sales person run my credit ONE TIME THEY RAN IT THREE. MISTAKE #1 I went in to the finance person who gave me the spill about the warranty and the GAP. GAP is important BUT DO NOT BUY THERE. MISTAKE #2, they went with OCCU fine they had the lowest interest rate. MISTAKE #3 I called the dealership and the CU a week later and NOTHING was done so the next day I called my CU they matched the rate and saved me almost 1000 on the GAP & Warranty. 2/26 I called Todd and told him since nothing was done I have decided to go with my CU he told me that OCCU hadn't accepted the deal yet, downloaded it or something so he was going to cancel that order to OCCU, The paper work was done at my CU and I sent the sight draft to Todd and he sent me a new purchase agreement. It took till 3/12 My title was sent by carrier to my CU and they sent a cashier's check to Route 66. ROUTE 66 LOST THE CASHIERS CHECK AND DID NOT FIND IT UNTIL THE 21ST of March, my HHR is still not paid off accruing interest AND I have had to make another payment on it. And to top it all off as if all this is not enough I receive the title to go get my tag 3/22 . It is dated and notarized February 18th (how did that get done so fast when I was there till 9 o'clock on the 18th) so now my tag is passed due and will have a penalty. Not only this but it has TWO LIENS ON IT!!!!! One from my CU and one from OCCU (that didn't even accept the deal mind you) I had to go and get the letter from OCCU. There was a penalty on my tag. Instead of the 3200 worked in to the deal, they only paid $2957 and not until 4/2. The new car has 2 small dings on the passenger side I was told would get popped out and that I would get floor mats! Never again!!! ROUTE 66 Chevy has $246 that belongs to me and will not respond. More
