Screws missing Had the cabin air filter replaced you failed to replace 2 out of 4 screws in glove box went back they replaced one and said there you go asked them ab Had the cabin air filter replaced you failed to replace 2 out of 4 screws in glove box went back they replaced one and said there you go asked them about the other one and he said I was told to replace the one I found on floor mat. He told me about the other one but could not find asked if they could replace both he went to parts and finally the other service manager said they would get one out of a Colorado truck first 2 guys were very unfriendly. I have 3 GM vehicles and have been looking for a service dealership I guess I will keep looking or go back to Glover More

Fast service! Joe got my truck right in when I told him I believed the brakes were metal to metal.
