Overpriced, taken advantage of My experience at Route 66 was below average. They did the oil change and tire rotation after I gave them a $17.66 coupon. That part of the service I My experience at Route 66 was below average. They did the oil change and tire rotation after I gave them a $17.66 coupon. That part of the service I was fine with. What I was no fine with was their taking advantage and overpriced OEM parts. I was quoted $60 to replace the cabin air filter. Not realizing that it doesn’t take much time to install, I feel like they took advantage of me being a woman. I understand the promotional coupon was to get people there and then see if they could replace other things and make more money. But taking advantage of a woman who doesn’t know much about car repairs is poor business. I will not be taking our vehicles there to be serviced there anymore. More

You reversed a repair Originally I came in for a tire rotation, balance, and an oil change. Your service people found a way to add on other services and more cost, but I ha Originally I came in for a tire rotation, balance, and an oil change. Your service people found a way to add on other services and more cost, but I had them done and left. The rotation caused one of the wheels to wobble. I brought it in and they said a balance wasn't done. They moved the offending wheel to the back and said it should be replaced. I brought it in to be replaced, with a request for a new key fob. They couldn't figure out which wheel it was, rotated it back to the front, instead of replacing the wheel like I asked, added on a tune up for more charges, tried to added on a coolant flush (I stopped them absolutely knowing it had been done within the last year and they tried to argue with me about it). I leave the shop and my wheel is wobbling again and more noticable now that it is back up front. It is clear that your service people are trying to take advantage of me because they think I know nothing about cars. My father was a GM employee for 30 years. I know enough about cars to know that I am being taken advantage of. I only go to you all because you have certified mechanics to maintain the agreement that I have it serviced by certified mechanics and anything that goes wrong with the engine is repaired at no cost. I will find other certified mechanics. Your finance people are very friendly. More

Quick and precise. They even vacuumed out my truck, awesome. These guys were who I used to go to, but then the dealership was sold, went with other dealership fo a certain employee.
