Disappointed Took in 3 Series BMW for replacement of rear window regulator. A day later, service advisor informed me during repair, a door was left open resulting Took in 3 Series BMW for replacement of rear window regulator. A day later, service advisor informed me during repair, a door was left open resulting in the need of a new battery (At MY expense). Upon picking up my vehicle, I was unable to leave dealership. Dashboard went nuts. Had to purchase an alternator. A $368 window regulator repair turned into a total of $1,000! More

Need help or training in the back Joseph McHenery did a good job with checking me in to get service and when I came in to start the service. Asked for my car to be detailed, now this i Joseph McHenery did a good job with checking me in to get service and when I came in to start the service. Asked for my car to be detailed, now this is where it took a left turn for my money. I asked for my brakes to be looked at because of a squeaking noise when I make a short stop (still makes the noise and my brakes are not bad). As far as the detailing: whomever did it first did not do a good job because it was still dirty then Joseph went and did the rest of the job after I came and inspected it and it was half done. For a full detail paying $171 I should of gotten my car washed, carpet vacuumed, inside wiped down and inside windows cleaned. Joseph did that after the first time it wasn't done. I left my car at 10am and came back at 3:30pm and still wasn't really finished. I wasn't rushing but 5 hours and 2 times to get it cleaned unexceptional. Joseph McHenry did a good job staying calm face to face, and did a good job getting my car in. What was going on in the back is a different story and made it difficult to understand why it was unorganized. Thank You Joseph 😁. I still need my brakes checked out again 😫😑. More
