Everything was perfect, we were going to walk in, test drive this vehicle and 100% on purchasing it. We called one hour before coming into the dealership to confirm everything, and everything was good. We got to the dealership and it had been sold a day or two prior and it was not mentioned once to us. Okay, fine, we can work something else out. (Not) they failed to get us another vehicle of the same for the listed price of the other. We told them that was fine and we completely understand that they can’t bring prices so far down. Okay, we just can’t deal today but thank you, well Nick (some kind of manager there) (Lord knows why) but kept trying to deal and so my husband said “no we are not going to be drug around for three days like this” and Nick got very rude and said we’re not going to talk to him like that (I don’t understand that part) and told us to leave. So we were leaving and his words were “HAVE A BLESSED DAY!.. xxxxxx ___” I don’t know what he said after the F word, but I DO NOT appreciate being treated that way. We have bought a handful of cars and definitely have given people a run for their money, but never have I ever heard of somebody SO extremely disrespectful. And then run and hide in the office. I do appreciate the manager above him who apologized to us. But I just cannot fathom the way they treated us today. More

Friendly and fast Danny, the service rep, was friendly and knowledgeable. He found me a loaner car so that I could get to my country club in time for my tee time. Worst dealership ever! I traveled 3 hrs to the dealership for a trk listed at 27k. When I got to the dealership showed the salesman my saved picture and said I want to see t I traveled 3 hrs to the dealership for a trk listed at 27k. When I got to the dealership showed the salesman my saved picture and said I want to see the 27k truck. We test drive it, got down to the deal and the changed the price to 33k. I called them out on it and the finance guy named Tony told me I was wrong and to have a good day. I even showed him the saved photo with price that I sent to my mom. I would strongly recommend to stay away from this dealership! They are scammers! More
