Engine light was on The only problem I had was the fact of how long it took to fix the issue. Took a week b4 I got my vehicle back. Disappointed We were deceived on what features such as navigation. Our salesman was nice but not knowledgeable about the car. Nick the GM I guess he was, was very hateful the entire time. Only time he even cracked a smile was after we decided to buy the car. Finance guy was hateful when we decided to do the intial agreement to bring the car from another dealership because we questioned being asked to put a bunch of money down on a car they could not even show us a picture of. The whole entire transaction felt very unprofessional and unorganized. We had to hunt down the keys and they still had that with our booklet in a drawer. The salesman was telling us we would have to order a second key and they actually had one there. They claim they are not into high pressure sales but that is a lie. We have bought several cars from Jim Glover that used to be at that location years ago. Seems since the dealership has become Rt66 it is not as friendly or professional or organized. We could not even find the salesman once we had finalized our paperwork. With all this my greatest upset is the behaviors of Nick the gm. He was not friendly at all and even was griping and getting angry in the cubicle when we asked about increasing our trade in to compete with the other dealership. We are still having issues with the Navigation and we called to see about upgrading so that we have the Navigation that doesn't rely on our phones and all they want to talk about is Onstar. We test drive orginally a model that had the Navigation that was on all the time it was not Onstar. Seems like a very uninformed dealership and I won't purchase there again. More

New car purchase I was very disappointed with my recent new car purchase at Route 66.. We love the vehicle we got however the service was terrible. The salesman Jusho I was very disappointed with my recent new car purchase at Route 66.. We love the vehicle we got however the service was terrible. The salesman Jushon Jackson was friendly but he knew very little about the vehicles features. When we asked him to show us he couldn't because he didn't know how. It got to the point were we figured we would have to figure it out ourselves. The Manager Nick was rude and never smiled until we agreed to buy the vehicle. He got extremely mad when we mentioned what another dealership offered us on a trade in. We felt pressured to buy. Once we got done with financing our salesman Jushon was no where to be found in fact once he took us over to financing we never saw him again. I had to go hunt someone down to get the keys to the new vehicle we purchased for over $43000!! Don in the service department was very friendly and helpful. I purchased a 2002 Chevy Impala in 2002 at that dealership, and in 2012 I purchased my 2012 Silverado (both new). However the dealership was Jim Glover at the time. I will not be back to Route 66 to purchase a vehicle ever again. I will continue to have my truck serviced there because I like Don in the Service Department. However the sales the staff was very unprofessional and I will not do business with this dealership again. More
