Simple fix So I went in for my screen not working and I have a 16' Malibu LT. Bad service. Lee the service tech I was assigned to must be the smartest person in the dealership. Can’t believe his name is not on the sign. Came in to get a flat Lee the service tech I was assigned to must be the smartest person in the dealership. Can’t believe his name is not on the sign. Came in to get a flat fixed and ended up with a new tire. Tried to convince me that a plug in my tire is just as good as a patch from the inside. Lol. After an hour came back and said plug won’t work still leaking so going to patch. After another 20 minutes came back said tire no good. Had rubber pieces inside the tire. Had the plug held they would have sent me on my way. Bad tire and all. I work from this truck and need it to be 100% at all times. He never offered to show me what was wrong with the tire. When I questioned him he acted as if I was an idiot and he was the pro. Again lol. After 2 hours and a new tire I was out of there. Quick service huh. More
