We have brought our 2014 Sorrento to Jim Marsh KIA for all of our service needs because of Todd. Our relationship with your dealership's Sales Department was not the most positive when we bought our car but all of that has been resurrected by the professional and honest manner in which Todd deals with your customers If it weren't for Todd we would not have had 100% of the service on our car performed at your dealership. He is a person that you should hold up as the model to represent your dealership and deal with the customers. More

Car makers have stepped up their game big time over the last 10 years as far as the cars themselves, but the service side is where most of them fall short. We have had vehicles we loved that we simply will not buy again because of the experience from the service department. Not with Todd at Jim Marsh! He always keep me informed on what is going on with my vehicle while it’s in for service. Very honest and he is one of the main reasons when my wife’s lease is up on her Durango we will be going with Kia for our second vehicle as well. Thank you again Todd for making things so easy! To Mr Marsh, you have a huge asset to your company with Todd! It’s guys like him that keeps customers coming back! More
