I couldn't get an appt to get the oil changed in my Cadenza for a month and a half! And, I was there for almost three hours getting the oil changed. But, everyone was very kind and accomodating. Todd is amazing! Can’t say enough good things. Have owned everything from Porsche to Mercedes and his level of service is at that level or exceeds it in so many ways. the service was excellent but the billing I think was incorrect. I had a coupon for oil change for $24.95 but I wanted Synthetic oil. Johnathan Bias said no problem it would be extra and we will deduct t incorrect. I had a coupon for oil change for $24.95 but I wanted Synthetic oil. GREAT but when I checked the bill more accurately when I got home I discovered they only gave me credit for $16.00 and not $24.95 the full value of the coupon which he said would be done. I think this should be corrected or an explanation why the coupon was not honored for its full value! It was a KIA optima 2020 serviced on 9/11/2020 also we purchased THREE (3) KIAS from Jim Marsh this year. Please respond thank you. More
