Connor in Service was excellent. Polite, efficient and friendly. The wash department could do a bit more to give the vehicle a good wash and wipe down. I was having a brake issue that was clearly a safety issue. I tried to get my previous dealer service, Findlay, to help me get it diagnosed and they would not commit to looking at the car until 2/13/21 issue. I tried to get my previous dealer service, Findlay, to help me get it diagnosed and they would not commit to looking at the car until 2/13/21 and gave very little concern for my safety. I knew this was going to be a problem for me so I took a chance and called Jim Marsh Kia. Both, Blair Pickett and Connor, were very concerned about my description about the braking issue I was having and told me that if I could get my vehicle to their shop, they would commit to diagnosing the problem even if they could not get to it right away. I was perfectly okay with the commitment from them to, at least, look at it. On Friday morning, I had my insurance company tow the car to Jim Marsh. Within a few hours, I got a call from Connor and he told me that they have found the problem and that they could fix it by Monday, 2/1/21. On Monday morning, I got a call from Connor who said that the car was ready for pick up. I cannot express how refreshing it is to deal with a company that cares about obtaining and keeping customers. I did not anticipate the high level of service that I received but I can say with much certainty that they have my business in the future. More

Had my volvo repaired due to a minor car accident. The car looks better than new and I treated like a valued customer.
