Very dissapointed in the services received. I took my car in for my sun roof shield was not working.2 yrs was aho quoted $500.00. I recently too in to get that sun roof shield fix and was $1450.00. I agreed in for my sun roof shield was not working.2 yrs was aho quoted $500.00. I recently too in to get that sun roof shield fix and was $1450.00. I agreed to the price because I wanted it fixed bad. They told me I should have my car back thurs. I dropped it off on Monday at 9:00. Thursday came I called and they said Friday because they were waiting on piece to come in. I call Friday spoke to some and was told not until Tuesday because they were still waiting on a peace to come. But they could have told me that Thursday when I called. Tuesday come I call they tell me. Nope car not ready until Thursday. I call Thursday and not car not ready Friday. At that point I lost it. Friday comes 2 weeks later he tells me my car is ready. I tell the man I get off work at 4.They tell me they will have pull up front waiting for me they will wash my car. I get there at 4,:30. Washig my car is the least they can do after keeping my car for 2weeks for a sun roof.. I get there I pay for my car it took them 30 min to bring my car to me. Then they did not wash my car. My steering had some scrapes in it. Like they scraped something against it. Very very dissapointed in how My car was handled. I spent 1450.00 you held my car for over 2 weeks, You promised a car washed. My car was never washed. It took yall 30 min to bring me my car. I had my transmission fixed in my car and got that back in 4 days on top of my steering wheel being scraped. Not a good experience. The lack of communication was terrible. More

I am Tommie Gill and I was driving my car last Thursday on the July 8th on a trip from Phoenix back to Las Vegas and I started hearing a loud noise on the left side as I drive. I was told I would have an answer Tuesday as to what is wrong with my car. Today I called and now Bailey tells me to extended my rental out to at least Thursday. It be different if Jim Marsh gas loaner cars for customers, but they don't. I have a warranty on my car and I didn’t buy my car there. But my warranty csnbe used at any Kia Dealership and I just need a honest answer about how long my car going to be there. Bailey told me I can take my car somewhere else. If I knew what was wrong with my car is one thing, but not knowing what is wrong and having to wait on an answer and not having a complimentary rental car is not right. If Bailey was in my shoes, he would want his car too. Money is not an issue. But they can at lease find out what is the problem and give me options about what I need to do to get my car back. I know once I get out of my warranty period. I will not go to any Kia Dealerships for anything. I will not buy another Kia again because this is too much for me. More
We always bring our Sedona to the service department for major items, this time brakes. Prior to COVID we also used them for scheduled maintenance but not having the flexibility anymore, has us going elsewh major items, this time brakes. And they do a great job and wash the car when done. More
