OUR SERVICE AT JIM MARSH KIA MY 30K CHECK-UP WAS GOOD TIMING AS WE FOUND THE FRONT TIRES TO BE LESS THAN SAFE. THANK YOU SERVICE TEC FOR GOING THE EXTRA MILE CHECKING EVERYTHING O MY 30K CHECK-UP WAS GOOD TIMING AS WE FOUND THE FRONT TIRES TO BE LESS THAN SAFE. THANK YOU SERVICE TEC FOR GOING THE EXTRA MILE CHECKING EVERYTHING ON MY WIFES CAR. THE SERVICE ADVISOR PROMPTLY CALLED TO LET US KNOW AND TO GET OUR APPROVAL TO INSTALL NEW TIRES ON THE FRONT AS THE BACK TIRES WHERE PERFECT AND DIDN'T NEED REPLACING. THANK GOODNESS THEY HAD THE EXACT TIRES IN STOCK AT A REASONABLE PRICE. THE CAR WAS READY AS PROMISED AND DELIVERED CLEAN AND SAFE. JIM MARSH COMES THROUGH AGAIN...REALLY NICE PEOPLE WORKING FOR HIM. THEY KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF HIS CUSTOMERS. WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND WILL BE SURE TO GET OUR NEXT SERVICE WITH JIM MARSH KIA. JUST A NOTE; THE SERVICE ADVISOR KEPT US INFORMED OF THE STATUS OF OUR CAR. HE HAD OFFERED TRANSPORTATION BUT WE DIDN'T NEED ANY. WHEN WE ARRIVED THE PAPERWORK WAS READY AND COMPLETED IN JUST A FEW MINUTES. THESE GUYS KNOW HOW TO FIX THINGS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK EARLIER THAN ANTISAPATED. OH BY THE WAY, WHEN WE PICKED UP THE CAR OUR SERVICE ADVISOR WENT OVER EACH DETAIL INCLUDING TAKING THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE URGENCY OF THE FRONT TIRES BY SHOWING ME THE TIRE ITSELF...WOW GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL. Outstanding Service at Jim Marsh KIA We have taken our KIA Sorento to Jim Marsh for all service needs and are very satisfied with the quality of service we have received. This visit to t We have taken our KIA Sorento to Jim Marsh for all service needs and are very satisfied with the quality of service we have received. This visit to the dealership was to replace a part in the front airbag, though it was not a recall. We work only with Todd Gerstenberger, Service Manager, because of his professional service. What I do not understand is why Todd’s name is not listed on next session if employees we worked. The Service Manager is a very key piece to customer service. We will not take our in for service if Todd is off that day for some reason. The Customer Service rated below is based on my intersection with Todd. Your feedback request is based on the sales department and you seem to ignore the service department. The Service Department remains to be the major source of interaction with the dealership and can have a large influence on future decisions in purchasing a car and from what dealership. More
