Tire issue Spoke to the general manager about dangerously over inflated tires on our brand new Kia Stinger just purchased 10 days ago. Tires were inflated to 5 Spoke to the general manager about dangerously over inflated tires on our brand new Kia Stinger just purchased 10 days ago. Tires were inflated to 58 psi. Recommendation for tire inflation on the Kia stinger front 36 rear 39 When I found out I had been driving around with tires inflated to this pressure I was not happy. Then my next thought was how many other Kias are being shipped to the dealership with tires inflated to that pressure? This issue needs to be addressed. After speaking to the general manager I feel very confident that the tire pressure will be checked on every car. Karen S. More

She said it would take between 1.5-2 hours. I waited for it and it was finished in about 1 1/2 hours. She looked for me when it was finished. The car was also washed. The whole process was handled in a professional manner. More

I have made the choice to have Jim Marsh employees perform all the service to this vehicle. Since January, I have had three oil changes and the 15,000 mile maintenance. The experience from the Service Department has been exceptional. My Kia has always been delivered to me within the anticipated timeframe to perform the service -- and usually was ready earlier than the expected time. Fresh oil, tire rotation, and a good wash. Great service, and the entire Jim Marsh staff has been -- from Day One -- warm and welcoming. More
