Do not bring your Kia for service to this dealership or buy a vehicle from this dealership. We were on on our way to vacation in Las Vegas on a Saturday when our 2022 Kia Telluride started having issues an buy a vehicle from this dealership. We were on on our way to vacation in Las Vegas on a Saturday when our 2022 Kia Telluride started having issues and service engine light came on. We were 30 minutes away from the destination. I called around to the Kia dealerships and found Jim Marsh Kia. I was told by the service manager, Todd, to bring the car in first thing Monday morning July 1st, so my husband did just that. We were going to be in Las Vegas for a week so we figured that would be enough time to have the car fixed in time to drive it back home to Arizona. I called the next day to see if there were any updates and the service manager said it would be a couple days to find out the issue because they were dealing with the manufacturer back in Korea and with the holiday being the 4th and closure on that day it may take a little longer. I waited until Friday the 5th, 4 days later to call for an update and was again told they still didn't know what was wrong with my vehicle and did not have an ETA on it being fixed. I explained that we needed the car back to drive home the following Monday and that I needed a rental or something to get home. I was referred to Kia Customer Care. I called that number and was told I could get a rental and would be reimbursed a certain amount per day and they would also arrange for the car to be transported. The amount they were given for reimbursement did not cover a car of equal size so with all of our belongings, the 4 of us could not fit to drive home. My two kids and I had to fly home and my husband drove our belongings home. I rented a car back home for the amount per day that Kia said they would reimburse. Two days later after calling the dealership and leaving a message threatening legal action I received a call finally from the service manager that the car was fixed. I asked how I was supposed to get the car back. His response was that we would have to pick it up and he could only hold it on the lot a week. I then called customer care again and explained the situation and they said they would escalate the request to have the car transported. After several days and still getting nowhere with customer care and being told they would call me and never did, I called Jim Marsh, the owner of the dealership direct. I explained the whole situation and we had decided to fly my husband back to Vegas to pick the car up. He told me the part had been on back order and that was the hold up. The service manager never even told me what was wrong with the vehicle or that the part was on back order. The only communication I had with him was if I called and his attitude towards me was awful . Jim Marsh was extremely nice and understanding and asked for me to put the receipts together for all of the $1600 in expenses we had incurred for renting vehicles for the 2 and half weeks they had my car and flights and for my husband to drop it off when he picked the vehicle up and he would see about reimbursing us. It’s been over a week since that happened and still no return phone call from either the dealership or customer care. My husband called and spoke to Jim Marsh again today and he basically told my husband he didn’t even look at the invoices and he wasn’t doing anything for us and it wasn’t their problem. The level of customer service received on all ends has been horrendous and we are out $1600 after being told we would be reimbursed by both the dealership and customer care for a 2 year old vehicle that shouldn’t be having issues. Again do not buy a Kia and especially not from this dealership. This is how they treat their customers and my husband told him we would be leaving a bad review and Me. marsh basically said he didn’t care. As I look at all the 1 star reviews now I can see they truly don’t care about the customer. If I could leave zero stars I would. More
I just want to say after going through a complete nightmare with damage on my car, we finally met Randy and Andy in the body shop at Jim Marsh Kia. These guys were amazing. I really felt like they ca nightmare with damage on my car, we finally met Randy and Andy in the body shop at Jim Marsh Kia. These guys were amazing. I really felt like they cared and wanted to help us. With their help we got our insurance company to do an estimate and got our car completely repainted. Both Andy and Randy went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I would recommend these two men to anyone. They kept us informed every step of the way, as well as having the repairs done in a timely fashion. 5 stars for the body shop at Jim Marsh Kia. Jerry and Gail Norman More
The service center might be the worse I have ever dealt with. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone to the point that I was begging the operator to find someone for me to talk to which still only sent m with. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone to the point that I was begging the operator to find someone for me to talk to which still only sent me to voicemails This is the second service for my new Telluride and I have no idea what is going on. I don't know what to do at this point besides drive there after work and hope someone will talk to me. It was dropped off for an oil change and front sensor issue (again) on 8/28 and not one phone call with an update. More

Not to happy with the service department. I had a 7:30 appointment for an oil change and when I had sat for over a hour I went to check on my car they told me my appointment had been moved to I had a 7:30 appointment for an oil change and when I had sat for over a hour I went to check on my car they told me my appointment had been moved to 9:15. I live a hour away and didn’t receive a call or email. This is why I left Hyundai. And they don’t even wash the car. Love my car not the service department will be going else where. More
We bought a 2023 Kia Telluride and were able to take it home 10/31. Within 2 days an airbag alert light came on and I was told I needed to bring the car in for service which we brought in on 11/7. Everything has been a complete nightmare, and I would highly recommended taking your business elsewhere! More
We have purchased 2 new Kias from Jim Marsh and got great deals on both. The price was right and we had used their service department and were really impressed. However the last time we called to make an a deals on both. The price was right and we had used their service department and were really impressed. However the last time we called to make an appointment we were told it would be 3 weeks to get in for service. This has never happened before in the 9 years we have been going there. So don't know if they are short on techs or just cutting back but it's not good from the customer standpoint. More

Since 2015, Jim Marsh Kia has been the only place I have purchased my vehicles… My Kia Optima, my Jeep Wrangler and now my ‘22 Stinger. Their customer service and professionalism keep us coming back. And their service department and service manager, Todd, treat us like family! Whether it’s a check-engine light, a safety recall where my engine had to be replaced, a tire change or a regular maintenance check, I will not take my 4-wheeled babies anywhere else. 5-stars all day long!!!
