THE SERVICE ADVISOR PROMPTLY CALLED TO LET US KNOW AND TO GET OUR APPROVAL TO INSTALL NEW TIRES ON THE FRONT AS THE BACK TIRES WHERE PERFECT AND DIDN'T NEED REPLACING. THANK GOODNESS THEY HAD THE EXACT TIRES IN STOCK AT A REASONABLE PRICE. THE CAR WAS READY AS PROMISED AND DELIVERED CLEAN AND SAFE. JIM MARSH COMES THROUGH AGAIN...REALLY NICE PEOPLE WORKING FOR HIM. THEY KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF HIS CUSTOMERS. WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND WILL BE SURE TO GET OUR NEXT SERVICE WITH JIM MARSH KIA. JUST A NOTE; THE SERVICE ADVISOR KEPT US INFORMED OF THE STATUS OF OUR CAR. HE HAD OFFERED TRANSPORTATION BUT WE DIDN'T NEED ANY. WHEN WE ARRIVED THE PAPERWORK WAS READY AND COMPLETED IN JUST A FEW MINUTES. THESE GUYS KNOW HOW TO FIX THINGS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK EARLIER THAN ANTISAPATED. OH BY THE WAY, WHEN WE PICKED UP THE CAR OUR SERVICE ADVISOR WENT OVER EACH DETAIL INCLUDING TAKING THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE URGENCY OF THE FRONT TIRES BY SHOWING ME THE TIRE ITSELF...WOW GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I am amazed and grateful with the friendliness and transparency at this dealershop. Everyone I had dealt with is straight up and absolutely top notched. Starting with Kelly, the internet manager, she gave me a price that I felt was fair. When my wife and I came in, Mike Phelps was readied to help. Mike helped me with the paperwork and gave me a fair trade in value for my truck. Finally, Sean finalized our deal. He is very honest and presented us wiith options on warranty and was not "pushy" at all. Being in sales for over 30 years, I could definitely appreciate the honesty approach. I took his advise on a 10 year/100,000 miles warrantly because i felt it is importantly and the 'price is fair. ,ZzOverrall, I had the best car buying experience ever and I will definitely tell my friend.
