This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience ever I have bought several cars in my long life, and can honestly say that this was the best ever! I met with Chris because my friend Ronnie (Cash) Twist was off for the day and referred me to Chris. He was expecting me and had already selected several cars for me based on the information I had provided to Ronnie. Chris was very knowledgeable, charming, polite and efficient. Within an hour he found me the perfect car for my budget and needs, and even followed me home with my old car so that I wouldn't have to return to pick it up! I have made the choice to have Jim Marsh employees perform all the service to this vehicl My 2019 Kia Soul needed its 15,000 mile maintenance service. I have made the choice to have Jim Marsh employees perform all the service to this vehicle. Since January, I have had three oil changes and the 15,000 mile maintenance. The experience from the Service Department has been exceptional. My Kia has always been delivered to me within the anticipated timeframe to perform the service -- and usually was ready earlier than the expected time. Fresh oil, tire rotation, and a good wash. Great service, and the entire Jim Marsh staff has been -- from Day One -- warm and welcoming. More
