Always liked the K900 but was worried about the service experience after the purchase. I’ve owned A couple of Porsche’s and Mercedes which I was willing to pay more because of the great service I always re experience after the purchase. My wife drives a Durango and I absolutely dread dealing with the dealership when it comes to service. They never call when the car is done and things I asked to have looked at, get over looked. With that being said let’s get started on my experience at Jim Marsh. The first time I walked in, I was greeted by Todd Gerstenberger. I wanted to get a 30k mile service done and he went over a couple of different options and I scheduled a time to drop the car off. On appointment day I dropped it off in the morning and it was done within a few hours. Next time I came in was because of a check engine light. I emailed Todd and he told me to bring it down. He put me in a great loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. Again the car was finished quicker than I was originally quoted. When I got home I did notice a new door ding that wasn’t there so I emailed Todd to let him know, not really expecting anything be done. He apologized and told me to bring it back so they could fix the door ding. Just had that done today and it was done within an hour and looks brand new. Because of Todd I will be purchasing my wife’s Telluride there once our lease on our Durango is up. Everyone I’ve encountered at Jim Marsh has been great. From the cashiers to the gentleman that drives the shuttle. Do not think twice about spending your money with Jim Marsh! More
